Retail Point of Sale (POS) System and Brand Guide.

With a product sold across the world, Stanbroke engaged us to create the Diamantina Retail POS System - a guide to the Diamantina brand, Point of Sale materials and in-store merchandising. This document was adopted by supermarkets across Asia, the Middle East and Australia, and serves as a single mechanism to educate and ensure consistent brand presentation, whether you’re in Brisbane or Beijing, Dhaka or Dubai.

Fridge POS Map.

Structured on the Attract, Engage, Sell principal - near or far, engaging photography and clear messaging capture shopper’s eyes with large high-positioned suspended posters. A focus on Australia’s pristine farming regions and crisp, clear beef photography showcase product and origin.

LCD screens nestled amongst the product and floor graphics educate and inform as shoppers linger and consider. A series of bi-lingual recipe cards were developed to provide insight for Western cuts in Asia markets.

Merchandising.

Merchandising plays a key role in delivering shoppers a positive and accessible experience when searching for a product.

Our Retail POS System covered merchandising methods that could be used across 3 and 4 shelf systems, allowing for easy adaption across varied supermarket chains in domestic and global markets.

A tool used to help inform shoppers between the product segments and their characteristics, backgrounding and colour assignation.

 
 
 

Labelling approach.

A colour-coded approach to product segmentation allows for shoppers to easily distinguish beef varieties and backgrounding options. We address the labelling range and packaging types in the Retail POS System ensuring every person in the chain of sale is informed.
